The Sunday Currently | 02

I started to follow this trend late last year but instead of writing it on a Sunday, I wrote mine on a Wednesday. I can still remember that I was emotionally perturbed and I couldn't wait to scribble those thoughts inside of me during those difficult times. #OAmuch :p As I'm just browsing different sites today ( including this run-off-the-mill page ) and I have nothing to do this Sunday evening, I'll just write my part two of The Sunday Currently as I'm about to drop in just a little while. CURRENTLY Reading an article from Huffington website about religion and why it can harm our society as well as our lives  at times . It's a thought-provoking article, especially that nowadays, inhumane acts are everywhere and not all malfeasance can be solved in prayers only. #trytoconsider #respectingviews Writing my second entry of The Sunday Currently Listening to Can I Stay by Ray LaMontagne . I've been listening to this song for a week or so now. I...

The Wednesday Currently | 01

I'm having a hard time sleeping right now, so I'll just take this moment to blog as I rarely update this writing haven of yours truly! :p As I browse different blog sites, the majority of the entries I read was The Sunday Currently where (professional/ amateur) bloggers write what they're doing on a Sunday weekend. It's like a 'What's on your mind' question/ status on Facebook but in a different format. It's pretty fun reading the whereabouts and what currently they're into. I can't wait for Sunday to begin so let me be the one to change this Sunday Currently to Wednesday Currently for the meantime. :p  GAME! CURRENTLY Reading others' entries of The Sunday Currently, top tweets and this article Writing my own Wednesday Currently :p Listening to Firepower by Bamboo Thinking A LOT! Inhale...exhale! Wishing for a brighter future ahead Wearing loose shirt and sporty short (What the heck?) Needing more self-discipline ...

I'm looking outside the window Talking to every drops of rain Wishing that you're right here Longing for every piece of her But how can I hold you If you chose to walk alone I'm all by myself now I'm hiding my tears Under the rain So no one can see my pain On this gloomy day I just hope that one day This frown smile will fade away And I'll keep on chasing on my brighter days It's hard for me to let you go But what can I do Knowing that this emptiness Will lead to something new Hope I can go back in the zone again Where everything between us is merely fine Not until today when our goodnight Finally means... goodbye~~~

The beauteous of Ilocos

I remember when I was in high school, I wrote in my journal that someday I'll visit Ilocos and explore the authenticity of Sur and Norte. My mother told me everything she experienced when she had a trip there with her co-teachers many years back. I wasn't able to join them because I have a class then and I guess, it was just exclusive for the COOP members of P. Guevara only. So, kayo na! :D A piece of throwback for me, eh! :) Just two weeks ago, my friends, a special chubby chef and I toured around Ilocos Sur/ Norte for three fun-filled days. Kuya Danny of Peter Pan Tours kindly assisted us throughout our tour and he was jaunty enough on answering our questions, even the stupid ones. :D For a price of 3,150php/ head (3D2N hotel accommodation stay- brunch and dinner not included), it wasn't bad for a budget traveler like us. :) We just brought our pocket lucre and our travel things for our much-awaited trip. ;) Day 1: The Bantay Bell Tower (built in 1951.) ( P...
