Sabel: The Beautiful Damsel

One and a half day to go and we will say goodbye November, then people all over the globe will be celebrating the yuletide season on 25th day of December. So before I write any Christmas related stuff here, I just want to make a special page or post to my showbiz crush, Jessy Mendiola. I started to like this 'it girl' when I first saw her in Avon brochure and BINGO biscuit commercial. Her flawless skin, beautiful smile and personality caught me awestruck and I suddenly fell in love with her. That admiration grew when I saw her up close and personal in Trinoma and took a picture together. Jessy and I (Excuse my haggardness. Hehe) She was so nice and I can honestly say that her kindness is genuine because I didn't felt any pretensions from this beautiful damsel. I just hope that I'll see her again very soon and take more pictures of her. Anyway, Jessy Mendiola will finally lead on her first ever teleserye in ABS-CBN entitled Sabel. I just hope that this series will set

GOD is my SUPERSTAR

Time flies so fast and it's November already then in a blink of an eye, December will be just around the corner. People nowadays are too busy setting up their Christmas trees, belen , Christmas lights and lanterns and other yuletide stuff.   I haven't been updating this blog since last month because I don't have any escapades or new things to narrate for and I'm also busy in my office- work circle. Glad that I have friends here on blogger that keeps on updating by writing their own post about their new adventures, usual and different routines and new discoveries. Early this morning I read some newspapers and I finally grasp a good topic to post here. It's a proven fact that reading for just 60 minutes a day can really refresh your mind so you can still catch up on what has been happening in our society today not just by watching TV programs but also by reading as well. There is a section in Manila Bulletin that caught my attention and I read every detail that wa

Halcyon days in Palawan

It’s been a year since my friends and I planned to have a vacation trip to Puerto Prinsesa in Palawan . Then last May of this year, we availed the nine promo tickets from Air Philippines that only cost 700+php back and forth (Manila to Palawan/ Palawan to Manila).  Our departure was Sept. 23-29, 2010 and we were pretty excited for this trip because all of us were first-timers to visit the beautiful province of Palawan. Months have passed but three of my friends were not allowed to take a vacation leave at their work and some of them weren’t also allowed by their parents. So we’re only six in the group and still, we decided to push this one through.  Palawan is such a wonderful place and I can’t refuse this chance of a lifetime of visiting the province they called the Last Frontier . I heard a lot of good comments and reviews about Palawan and I can’t wait to see and experience it for myself.   ( Credits: google.com for this image ) We arrived there at three o’clock in the afte

You’re my favorite (Gin) King/ Weekend Warrior

It’s already been two weeks since the news circulated all over the internet particularly on the sports page of the newspaper, news sports program and PBA Sports that Sunday Salvacion is not a Gin king anymore. At first, I don’t have any idea about the trade issue because I haven’t received any texts from my friends in Ginebra. Then I opened my Facebook account and looked at Itay Sunday’s (Yes, we fondly called him Itay and her wife as Inay Chin because they treated their fans as one of their “anakis”...) wall/ profile in FB and I read some wall posts about the trade issue. Most of his fans were deeply saddened on his departure in Ginebra and others were saying good luck in his new team which is the Barako Bull. They assured Itay that whatever happens, their support is 101% guaranteed. According to some news, Itay’s contract in Ginebra was already expired and the management didn’t renew his contract and decided to bring him up in Barako Bull. When I heard this news, it may sound
